HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?

Q1. What are the steps to place the order online?

A : Follow the below steps to place an order online:

1. Pick any flower arrangement or gift of your choice.

2. Hit on “Buy Now” and then on "Add to Cart"

3. Now, hit on "Proceed to check out". (To add more stuff, click on the option “Add more products”. In case you want to add further products, follow the same procedure. And then, hit on "proceed to checkout"

4. Fill up the sender and receiver’s details ( Abu Dhabi Only). You can also write a gift message before choosing a delivery date. Now, Select Payment option and click on the Submit Button (Before clicking on submit button Please read our disclaimer to avoid any inconvenience later on).

5. Preview the details of your order before clicking on the Confirm Button.

6. Fill your all payment details accurately on the secure payment page displayed after confirming order and then click on "Submit". 

7. Order confirmation mail will be send to you only after receiving the order and payment.

BILLING INFORMATION

Q1. What are billing details?

A : Billing details can be defined as the details of the payment. For instance, if a person is paying through Credit Card then he/she is supposed to give the required information like Credit Card Holder Name, Address, Email ID, and others.

Q2. Will my billing information be secure?

Q1. My order was not delivered as requested.

A : We have high volume during the peak holidays*, and ask customers to go with a flexible delivery schedule to ensure timely deliveries. We deliver all the orders between 7 a.m.to 7 p.m. Our specially selected florists make every effort to place deliveries on time, but we cannot guarantee timely deliveries. We really appreciate the endurance of our customers.

* Peak holidays include Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas and New Year.

Q2 . How I can make changes in my order?

Q3. Was my order delivered?

A : All customers will automatically get a mail from our side after the confirmation of their order. They will also get a confirmation mail within 6 hours after order has been placed.

REFUND POLICY

In case the customers find anything wrong with the product, they can certainly complain for it. Our customer service staff will look into the matter and provide the appropriate solution to resolve the issue.

   If the customer cancels the order 1 day before the delivery date, he/she is entitled to get a full refund.

   The order can be cancelled anytime but full refund will be entitled only if it is done 1 day before the delivery date.

   If a customer finds anything wrong with the quality of the product, we will verify it. In case, we find the same, the product will be replaced or the customer will be entitled a full reimbursement.

   Compensation will be given after discussing with the Company Management.

   Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
